Having founded a successful yoga studio in Thailand, Cay Mee brings a wealth of knowledge and skill through her unique blend of traditional India yoga and modern physiological-based yoga, as well as pilates techniques. Cay Mee believes that yoga has practical therapeutic and healing benefits to the body and mind. She’s honoured to have this opportunity to share her passion and experience in yoga with fellow practitioners and learners.

As a Fitness First Asia Yoga trainer, Kevin is no stranger to conducting yoga teacher trainings, workshops and master classes around South East Asia. He is a registered yoga Teacher (e-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance and has taught for over 8 years. Kevin's advocates the harmony of flowing movement-based practice (vinyasa) coupled with evenness of breath in postures (asana) for extended periods, to achieve stillness of one’s mind.

Will Duprey is the founder and director of Hathavidya. Through the years, he has consulted and created yoga teacher training programs around the world, from Los Angeles to Guatemala, to Japan. He specializes in incorporating traditional hatha yoga texts and practices into complete, modern 200 and 300-hour RYT trainings. This allows students to teach safely, while developing their own practice and taking them to the next step into a more balanced and multi-lineage curriculum.
